Hey I am Vic

I bring a broad design perspective across UX, web, and product delivery, with a stronger focus on UI design. I’m particularly interested in the finer details of how interfaces, components, and design systems come together, using systems thinking to create products that are clear, consistent, and built to scale.
With experience across UI/UX, web, and architectural design, I approach digital products with a strong sense of structure, hierarchy, and flow. I’ve collaborated across cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, product owners, UI developers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape outcomes that balance user needs, business goals, and delivery realities.
My work spans interaction design, prototyping, and system-led design, with close attention to accessibility, usability, and visual refinement. I also use AI and automation tools to streamline research, documentation, and handover, creating more space for thoughtful design work. I value evidence, iteration, and shared ownership, and aim to deliver practical outcomes that feel polished and considered.

He takes advice very well, feeds back issues he can perceive from a User perspective, and clearly has the customer (AEMO) and the end User in mind. Vic is prepared to take on new tasks at any time and finds a way to prioritise the action – we collaborate very well and I always go into a session with Vic with high confidence. Delivery is always timely despite conflicting priorities - he is flexible and pivots well. Vic’s work has been crucial to the project’s clarity and efficiency when work with internal stakeholders and also with third party software vendor personnel.
